3. Let us know any design preferences, number of pockets, length of strap, added brand or initials, etc.
Custom Order Deposit: When you decide to place an order, go to the custom order deposit tab under the Shop Now button and purchase your deposit. We will then start your purse!
Return/ Exchange Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We are happy to issue you store credit for any item that was purchased through our online store. The original item purchased must be returned in the original packaging, unused within 7 business days of receiving the item. Please allow for three to four days of mailing time. Store credit may be used on any item listed in our online store and is good for 45 days from date issued. Store credit may not be used for a custom order item. You may exchange for a different purse one time. We cannot put any item on hold for an exchange before receiving the original item back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange back. To request an exchange: email us at prior to mailing the item to get approval. Our mailing address is: Wild Lace Beadwork, 7427 State Hwy 27, Gordon, NE 69343. Custom orders and purses purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders and purses purchased at a discount are final. International sales are final. We will not refund any purchase.
Leather: Please note leather is a natural product and can showcase scars, bug bites, brands, creases which all add to the charm, authenticity and uniqueness of our products.
We will repair any bag free of charge that needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing error up to three months after purchase. Any charges for repairs after three months from date of purchase will be the responsibility of the bag owner as well as shipping back and forth.
Shipping Policy: Orders purchased through the website are shipped within one to two business days unless notification is provided.
Custom orders ship after they are completed. Estimated wait time is given at time of purchase.
