We do not accept returns and will not refund any purchase.
- We are happy to issue you store credit for any item that was purchased through our online store.
- The original item purchased must be returned in the original packaging, unused within 10 calendar days starting on the day of confirmed delivery. Please allow for three to four days of mailing time.
- Items for return will not be accepted after 10 calendar days from day of confirmed delivery.
- Store credit may be used on any item listed in our online store and is good for 45 days from date issued.
- Store credit may not be used for a custom order item.
- You may exchange for a different purse one time.
- We cannot put any item on hold for an exchange before receiving the original item back.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange back.
- To request an exchange: email us at email@example.com prior to mailing the item to get approval.
