Return/Exchange Policy: 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

All customer service inquiries must be made through email to wildlacebeadwork@gmail.com. 

We do not accept returns and will not refund any purchase.

 

•  We are happy to issue you store credit for any item that was purchased through our online store. 
• The original item purchased must be returned in the original packaging, unused within 10 calendar days starting on the day of confirmed delivery. Please allow for three to four days of mailing time.
• Items for return will not be accepted after 10 calendar days from day of confirmed delivery.
• Store credit may be used on any item listed in our online store and is good for 45 days from date issued.
• Store credit may not be used for a custom order item.
• You may exchange for a different purse one time.  
• We cannot put any item on hold for an exchange before receiving the original item back. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

• The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange back.
• To request an exchange: email us at wildlacebeadwork@gmail.com prior to mailing the item to get approval.  
• Our mailing address is: Wild Lace Beadwork, 7427 State Hwy 27, Gordon, NE  69343.  
•  Custom orders and purses purchased at a discount are final.
• International sales are final. We will not refund any purchase.
